Full-time, Part-time 4 hours shift 8 hours shift Duties Prepare a variety of pizzas following established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every pie. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and food prep tools safely and efficiently to support high-volume production. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or variations to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Deliver orders promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines during transportation, ensuring hot and fresh pizzas arrive at their destination. Maintain accurate food handling and preparation records, including ingredient inventory and expiration dates. Support the dietary department with meal preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating versatility across culinary responsibilities. Experience Previous food industry experience with a focus on food preparation or kitchen operations is highly desirable. Experience in restaurant or catering environments, especially with high-volume production, is preferred. Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques. Culinary experience involving cooking methods such as grilling, braising, poaching, or fine dining is advantageous. Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment are essential for efficient food production. Background in menu planning or dietary aide roles can contribute to understanding customer preferences and dietary needs.
