• Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
• Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork ```Experience```
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred (Towing experience preferred)
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive.
• Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles
