Job Summary We are hiring 2 Class A Drivers for direct hire opportunities based in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for experienced CDL Class A drivers who are comfortable making daily local deliveries of finished aluminum products, including materials cut to customer specifications. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, steady daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a dependable logistics and transportation operation in the metals and minerals industry. Drivers can expect a team-oriented environment with clear expectations, supportive leadership, and a focus on safety, reliability, and professional service. Key Responsibilities

• Make daily local deliveries of finished aluminum products to customer locations.
• Operate Class A trucks, including flatbed and stake bed trucks as assigned.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Safely secure, transport, and deliver materials according to company and customer standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate any route, load, or equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company driving policies. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:

  $29 per hour.

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, or until all deliveries are complete.

• Overtime:

  Occasional overtime depending on the daily load.

• Complete daily delivery routes for finished aluminum products.
• Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Support timely, accurate, and customer-focused deliveries.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
• Current and clean medical card required.
• DOT compliance required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant truck driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating flatbed or stake bed trucks strongly valued.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, delivery instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Flatbed driving experience.
• Stake bed truck experience.
• Prior experience delivering metal, aluminum, construction materials, or similar industrial products.
• Experience with consistent local delivery routes.
