Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Vacuum Truck Driver and become a vital part of our construction and utility services! In this energetic role, you will operate specialized vacuum trucks to safely and efficiently remove liquids, sludge, and debris from construction sites, utility installations, and industrial locations. Your expertise will ensure that projects run smoothly, adhering to all safety standards and environmental regulations. Duties Safely operate vacuum trucks equipped with high-pressure hoses and tanks to perform liquid and debris removal tasks across construction sites and utility projects Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vacuum truck equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Assist with construction utility work by locating underground utilities using specialized utility locating tools before excavation or drilling activities Support excavation operations by coordinating with heavy equipment operators such as loaders, excavators, and backhoes to facilitate efficient site grading and trenching Follow all federal construction safety regulations, equipment safety procedures, and site-specific safety protocols during daily operations Maintain detailed logs of service activities, including materials removed, operational hours, and safety checks for compliance purposes Collaborate with project managers and construction crews to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety standards Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record for operating heavy trucks on public roads Proven experience in commercial truck driving, heavy equipment operation, or construction utility work Mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting vacuum truck systems Ability to operate construction machinery such as loaders, excavators, backhoes, and water trucks with confidence and precision Familiarity with construction site experience, including excavation, grading, and utility installation procedures Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and following detailed instructions Physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with heavy equipment operation and site work Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real impact!
