For 28 years, AES has provided sales, service, and technical support to the automotive collision repair industry. Our customers include auto body repair shops and dealerships, as well as major automotive manufacturers such as Tesla, Rivian, Ford, and GM . Position Overview AES is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Driver / Small Parts Repair Technician . This position combines driving, customer service, and hands-on work with automotive repair equipment. AES will provide training and guidance to help you learn our equipment, repair processes, and job responsibilities. Previous experience with our equipment is not required. Welding experience is a plus, but not required. The position involves regular travel throughout Southern and Central California to customer locations. The territory generally extends from Paso Robles east to Bakersfield, west toward the Nevada border, and throughout Southern California. Travel is generally during the workday. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout Southern California. Deliver, service, and support AES/Pro Spot equipment. Perform basic small-parts repairs and equipment-related tasks. Work directly with automotive repair shops, dealerships, and other customers. Follow AES procedures and instructions for equipment service and repair. Learn and apply proper use and maintenance of company equipment. Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers. Complete assigned work safely, accurately, and efficiently. Training AES will provide on-the-job training and direct instruction on the equipment, repair procedures, and skills required for the position. A willingness to learn, reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important qualities for success in this position. Requirements Valid California Driver License Clean DMV driving record Reliable and dependable Willingness to travel throughout Southern and Central California Ability and willingness to learn basic repair and equipment skills Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude Local to Temecula Valley or North County Escondido Company Vehicle AES will provide a company vehicle and insurance for business travel. The company vehicle must be returned to and remain at the AES facility each night .

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$20.00 per hour and commission will be paid for parts sold and repair labor billed.
