Pay & Schedule Overview Weekly Earnings:
Average $1,200 $1,500/week (Top earners make up to $1,800/week).
Guaranteed Minimum:
$1,000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months running solo.
Consistent Mileage:
1,900 to 2,300 miles every week.
Extra Pay:
$15 per stop + short-haul pay equal to OTR rates.
Home Time:
Home every 2 weeks.
Shift Details:
Day and night dispatches available; weekend shifts required. Holiday schedules are coordinated directly with your fleet manager.
Freight & Equipment Trailer Type:
Refrigerated (Reefer).
Freight Handling:
100% No-Touch Freight.
Drop & Hook:
Roughly 60% drop-and-hook, combined with live loading/unloading and preloads. CDL School Graduates & Paid Training Recent graduate? Get your career rolling with a structured, paid orientation program:
Requirement:
Must have completed a 120+ hour course from an accredited CDL school.
Paid Training:
4 to 6 weeks on the road with a dedicated mentor at $850/week guaranteed .
Smooth Transition:
Move straight to standard solo compensation as soon as you finish training. Driver Qualifications Age:
Must be at least 21 years old.
License:
Valid Class A CDL.
Experience:
6+ months of verifiable solo OTR experience in the last 12 months OR recent graduation from an approved 120+ hour CDL school.
Driving Record:
Max 2 moving violations in the past 2 years; no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
Background Check:
No DUI/DWI in the last 510 years (zero tolerance for commercial vehicle offenses). Must successfully pass drug screening (hair & urine) and standard background checks.
