POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring a professional Class A Driver for Local Delivery and Airport operations. This is a full-time position based at our Paramount facility. You will be responsible for local freight delivery, airport pickups, port operations, and related logistics activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining high customer service standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Class A tractor-trailer for local delivery of freight and cargo Perform airport pickup and delivery operations Coordinate port pickup activities Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate documentation and delivery records Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations and company safety policies Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues Handle cargo securely and appropriately Meet delivery schedules and performance targets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A Minimum 1-2 years clean driving record Valid DOT Medical Certificate Ability to work flexible shift schedules including Sundays Ability to pass background check and drug screening Valid Social Security Number and proof of legal work authorization Professional communication skills Reliability and punctuality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Forklift certification Bilingual English/Spanish Airport operations or cargo handling experience Previous local delivery or drayage experience Familiarity with cargo securement and handling procedures

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-Time Position:

40 hours per week Flexible shift options available.

Select one:

Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (10 hour shift) Shift 2: 13:00 AM to 11:00 PM (10 hour shift) Ability to work Sundays required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks Valid driver's license and ability to pass medical examination
