Director of Operations, Logistics Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner Maintain ongoing communication with our Logistics and Customer Service department. Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs Be able to drive for extended amounts of time (Day shift and PM shifts) Be detail oriented Driving time typically ranges from 6-12 hours. Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed Providing a high level of professional customer service to dispensaries Typical schedule 7 AM - 3:30 PM. However, must be able to maintain a flexible schedule. Daytime and evening shifts, overtime required as necessary in support of business operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

Valid California State Driver's License (must pass MVR check and be able to meet Company insurability requirements) 3+ years of commercial Class C driving experience preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be 21 years of age or older Punctual and persistent while maintaining a never give up, positive attitude Self-motivation and the ability to work well with others Ability to listen well and communicate effectively various audiences Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time (while driving)
