AAA Service Unit Driver - San Bernardino Area Hope Towing , a trusted AAA roadside assistance partner serving the San Bernardino area , is looking for experienced and dependable AAA Service Unit Drivers to join our growing team. We are seeking safety-focused professionals with a strong automotive/technical background and excellent customer service skills. Our drivers represent both Hope Towing and AAA while assisting members safely and professionally at the roadside.

Recent AAA Service Unit experience is
REQUIRED
Experience with AAA roadside assistance is strongly preferred Flatbed and/or wheel-lift experience is a PLUS Must be 23 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Open availability — including weekends and varying shifts Must be able to pass a background check Current DMV driving record/printout required Strong automotive or technical knowledge Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Responsibilities Safely operate a battery service/AAA service truck Provide professional and courteous roadside assistance to AAA members Perform complete battery and electrical system tests Diagnose basic battery and starting-system issues Safely remove and install vehicle batteries at the roadside Assist AAA members with battery-related roadside service needs Properly document and maintain service activity logs Communicate effectively with dispatch throughout the shift Report vehicle, equipment, safety, or customer-related issues to dispatch Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and properly equipped service truck Follow all company, AAA, and safety procedures Provide an exceptional customer experience on every call Qualifications Previous AAA roadside assistance/service unit experience Automotive or technical background Valid driver's license Clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently in roadside environments Ability to safely perform physical duties associated with roadside service Professional appearance and attitude Ability to pass required background screening ASE Certification is a PLUS What We're Looking For We want reliable professionals who understand that customer service, safety, and professionalism are just as important as technical ability. If you have recent AAA service-unit experience, a clean driving record, strong automotive knowledge, and are ready to provide excellent roadside assistance to AAA members, we want to hear from you!
