The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Responsibilities Safely operate a truck or van to deliver products to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant data. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within logistics or warehousing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and manage physical demands of the job.
