We have a limited amount of positions to be filled with no pay cut and no contract. You will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers across over-the-road (OTR) routes, delivering freight efficiently and securely. No prior experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop essential skills such as driving, load and unload or drop and hook procedures, and navigating various routes. Driving Positions available:

OTR Team Home Weekly 5-5 days out 5k-5.5k ave miles/week No touch freight Dry van 24/7 Dispatch support Bilingual, english and spanish New model trucks You will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers across over-the-road (OTR) routes, delivering freight efficiently and securely. No prior experience is necessary—comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop essential skills such as driving, load and unload procedures, and navigating various routes. This paid position allows you to gain hands-on experience in logistics cargo handling, refrigerated trailer operations, and transportation of hazardous materials, all while adhering to FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers ensuring timely deliveries across multiple locations Navigate using GPS systems to optimize routes and meet delivery schedules efficiently Transport dry van trailers across assigned routes Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with regulatory standards Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery status, and any issues encountered during transit Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with clean driving record Basic understanding of GPS navigation systems for route planning Willingness to learn about truck drop and hood procedures Knowledge of FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards is a plus but not required—training will be provided No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 3 years Access to FMCSA Clearinghouse No DUI NO Felonies or Misdemeanor Don't wait!!
