Triple H Construction, Inc is a locally owned and operated paving and construction company specializing in asphalt paving, grading, and hauling services. We're committed to safety, quality, and teamwork — and we're looking for dependable drivers to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Asphalt Dump Truck Driver to transport asphalt and materials to and from job sites. The ideal candidate has prior experience working on paving crews and understands the importance of maintaining proper load temperatures, safe operation, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Safely operate a dump truck to transport asphalt, rock, and other materials to job sites. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Communicate effectively with the paving crew, plant, and dispatch. Follow directions from the foreman and project managers. Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks. Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations. Assist with other job site duties when needed. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum 1 year of dump truck or construction driving experience preferred. Knowledge of asphalt hauling procedures is a plus. Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
