We're hiring a regional CDL-A driver for power-only work with loadout trailers, currently operating in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Oregon, with plans to expand into the 11 Western states.

PAY, EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT

$0.45 per mile, plus bonuses, $900 guaranteed weekly minimum, paid weekly. Two to three weeks on the road, followed by three to four days of home time. Well-maintained, late-model equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a tractor and haul loadout trailers throughout our operating region. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report equipment concerns. Meet pickup and delivery appointments and communicate delays. Maintain accurate logs and follow hours-of-service requirements. Handle freight paperwork and represent Mission West professionally with customers.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years valid Class A CDL At least one year of verifiable truck driving experience within the past three years. No major accidents within the past three years. No more than two minor accidents within the past three years. No felony convictions. Willingness to stay out two to three weeks at a time.
