JOB SUMMARY

The role assists with the preparation, maintenance, and transportation of wireline equipment and supports the safe and efficient execution of Cased Hole, Open Hole, Wireline Special Services, Slickline, and TCP services in accordance with TESL procedures, the Business Management System, and HSSE standards.

EDUCATION

Five (5) CXC O' Level passes (including Math and English) OR Secondary School Leaving Certificate AND Holder of Class 5 - Driver's Permit

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the operation of HIAB trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. Previous experience in an oil-service / industry environment would be a valuable asset. Any other combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Self-motivated and result-oriented; Ability to work independently. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public. Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize and multi-task. 25 years of age or older.

FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate TESL-owned and leased Heavy T, Extra Heavy T, light-motor vehicles, pick-up trucks, and other company vehicles to support the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations. Transport personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and explosives to and from operational locations in accordance with company procedures, traffic laws, and HSSE requirements. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, user maintenance, routine equipment checks, housekeeping activities, and maintain all required records, reports, and checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with the preparation, load-out, rig-up, rig-down, servicing, calibration, testing, maintenance, inventory control, and troubleshooting of Electric Wireline, Open Hole, Cased Hole, Slickline, TCP, Pressure Control Equipment, and related tools and equipment. Assist with the assembly, preparation, handling, loading, and servicing of TCP perforating systems, setting tools, chemical cutters, dump bailers, other explosive devices, and associated equipment in accordance with approved procedures. Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of land and offshore wireline operations, ensuring all pre-job and post-job requirements are completed accurately and on time. Maintain valid certifications, safeguard company assets entrusted to the role, provide professional customer service, and support stock-taking, inventory management, and other operational requirements as assigned.
