Job Description
Nex Gen Trucking LLC is looking for reliable and experienced Class A and Class B Commercial Drivers to join our team. We are seeking professional drivers who take pride in their work, communicate well, show up on time, and are willing to work a flexible schedule. Requirements Must be at least 23 years of age Must have held a valid Class A or Class B CDL for a minimum of 3 years Clean and responsible driving record preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Strong communication skills with dispatchers, supervisors, customers, and jobsite personnel Must be able to follow dispatch instructions and jobsite safety requirements Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, extended shifts, and occasional night shifts Must be able to adapt to changing schedules and jobsite conditions Preferred Experience Previous dump truck and construction trucking experience is strongly preferred, particularly operating: Super 10 dump trucks End dumps Transfers Double-bottom / bottom-dump trailers Experience working around construction sites, paving operations, aggregate plants, asphalt plants, and similar environments is a plus. What We're Looking For We want drivers who are safe, dependable, hardworking, and professional. Drivers are expected to maintain good communication with dispatch, arrive at jobs on time, take care of company equipment, follow safety procedures, and represent Nex Gen Trucking LLC professionally while working with our customers.
