In this vital role, you will operate tow trucks to assist with vehicle recoveries, roadside assistance, and cargo securement. Duties Operate CDL A tow trucks with precision, ensuring safe loading and unloading of vehicles using proper cargo securement protocols Perform vehicle recovery towing, including flatbed and other specialized tow truck operations Safely load vehicles onto tow trucks, adhering to safety standards and mechanical best practices Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients professionally during roadside assistance or vehicle recovery scenarios Load and unload vehicles efficiently while maintaining compliance with cargo securement protocols Skills Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving preferred Proficiency in flatbed towing, vehicle recovery towing, and car towing operations Knowledge of cargo securement protocols to ensure safe transportation of vehicles and equipment Excellent driving skills with experience operating manual transmission trucks in various conditions Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Familiarity with load & unload procedures, safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, and vehicle mechanics for truck drivers Join us as a CDL A Tow Truck Driver and become an essential part of our team dedicated to providing reliable roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services.
