Pro-Rod Rig Operator Signal Hill, CA 90755 $30

  • Full-time Summary Pro-Rod Operator.
Candidate must be trained on the equipment as well as safety hazards. Operator must complete a walk around inspection know how to operate the unit and trouble shoot any problems that can occur.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Must be able know and understand the equipment. 2. Be able to adjust working habits to fit the jobs requirements. 3. Have good communication with customers. 4. Be prompt and reliable. 5. Report all accidents on your immediately. 6. Keep equipment up to date on all maintenance and monthly inspections. 7. Be ready to work when needed at job sites.
Accountability:
Pro Rod Operator will be accountable to the Pro Rod Division Manager and VP of Sales.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
1. Clean DMV record, class B license required. 2. Pass random drug tests. 3. Speak fluent English. 4. Have never been convicted of any drug or violent related crimes. 5. Be able to learn and understand all equipment parts and pressure gauges. 8. Be able to perform with PPE (Personal Safety Equipment) including FRC (Fire Retardant Clothing), hard hat, steel toed boots, safety glasses, and gloves.
Physical and Time Demands:
1. Monday
  • Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm 2.
Be able to work overtime any given day, which may include Saturday and Sunday. 3. Have the physical ability to lift guide arm parts.
Responsibility Level:
Intermediate
  • Ensure that customer timing needs are met, and customer safety rules are strictly obeyed.
Authority Level The operator is authorized to do the following: 1. Drive Pro Rod Unit on highways were allowed. 2. Drive Pro Rod Unit on customer lease or property 3. Rig up unit and operate Pro Rod Unit. 4. Maintain Pro Rod unit up to date.
