Job Description

Class A drivers from all U.S. States are encouraged to apply. Responsible for the loading, transportation, delivery, and unloading of products.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Operate a commercial tractor and trailer. Transport cargo efficiently. Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, and products. Move and lift heavy items as required. Wrap and unwrap products as necessary. Utilize hydraulic lifts or other equipment. Inspect the vehicle to identify malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs. Maintain the cargo or passenger vehicle in good condition. Service the vehicle with water, fuel, or oil as needed. Conduct safety inspections in a transportation context. Employ weighing or measuring devices during transportation. Verify cargo against shipping documents. Capable of lifting 50 pounds, and performing standing, walking, twisting, and bending tasks. Requirements 1. Must be available for dispatch, away from the home base, for a minimum of 5-7 days at a time, and potentially longer depending on the location. 2. Ability to determine your location using GPS and other resources, and evaluate situations in relation to the environment. 3. Must be self-motivated and capable of working as part of a team with minimal supervision. 4. Consistent attendance and reliability are essential. Benefits

OTR DRIVER COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
$3,000 SIGN
ON BONUS!
$500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 6 months, $1,500 after one year. .55 per mile, up to .60 with safety bonuses monthly and annual safety bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days 401k 2 weeks vacation Paid orientation 2 days $300 per day Driver average 110k-120k per year
