team and help manufacture and deliver quality feed that supports our producers and shareholders every day! What You'll Do Safely operate feed trucks and semi-trucks Perform pre-trip inspections and routine equipment checks Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards Assist with feed grinding operations Load and unload feed products efficiently Operate forklifts and other feed mill equipment as needed What We're Looking For High School Diploma required (2-year degree preferred) Class A CDL not required, but highly preferred Experience in agriculture, feed mills, trucking, or heavy equipment preferred Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Dependable team player with a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits $22-$28/hour (based on experience) Paid Single Health Insurance (Family Plans Available) Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Stable, Team-Oriented Work Environment Why Join
