Physical Certification Material handling equipment operation Electric pallet jack Full Job Description CDL-A Semi-Local Truck Driver - $75K/Year | CO & WY Routes Join a dedicated semi-local driving position based in Aurora, CO, hauling consistent dry van freight throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Earn competitive pay with regular home time while operating assigned equipment and running predictable weekday routes. Pay Details $75,000.00 per yearAverage Weekly Pay:
$1,500 Receive $0.01 CPM annual increases until reaching a maximum of $0.85 CPM Daily rate applies when supporting other accounts Job Details Dedicated dry van freight operating throughout Colorado and Wyoming Average approximately 1,300 miles per week Driver unload using an electric pallet jack and liftgate Average 1-2 stops per trailer Unload times typically average 30-45 minutes Must be able to safely maneuver heavy pallets, including on steep dock areas Mountain routes average approximately 2 times per week May support other accounts or additional freight as needed Assigned automatic sleeper trucks that must remain at the account during time off Shift Details Monday-Friday schedule Start times between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM Average 10-12 hour workdays Approximately 2 layovers per week , typically on Monday and Thursday Account operates on all holidays PTO blackout periods apply around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Weekend work may be required during holiday weeks Job Requirements Valid Class A driver's license Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience Valid DOT Medical Card Clean driving record No SAP drivers Must be willing and able to chain as weather conditions require Chaining experience strongly preferred Comfortable driving mountain routes Able to safely operate an electric pallet jack and handle palletized freightBenefits
