Garbage Truck Runner / Helper C&M Carting Solutions - Cornwall, CT C&M Carting Solutions is a locally owned waste management company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Northwest Connecticut. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Truck Runner to join our crew.

What You'll Do:

Ride along on routes, hopping on/off the truck at each stop Lift and empty trash cans, bags, and totes into the truck hopper Keep the route moving efficiently and on schedule Communicate with the driver throughout the day Follow all safety protocols around moving equipment Help with dumpster deliveries as needed

What We're Looking For:

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation to Cornwall, CT Strong work ethic and punctuality Must be 18 or older No experience necessary — we'll train you

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Early morning start (5:30-6:00 AM) Occasional Saturdays (Holiday weeks)
