Your Role:
Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time. Stay in radio contact with and respond to requests from the Dispatcher. Deliver and retrieve toter containers at customer locations Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings. Assist other drivers with routes as directed. Pre- and post-trip inspection and report Complete routine paperwork Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time. Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace. Receive complaints from customers and report issues and problems professionally to Dispatch. Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards. Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
