Your Responsibilities- Operates CMW (Commercial Motor Vehicle) safely by DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements and regulations, as well as all State, Local and Federal laws. Maintaining communication with Dispatch and Supervisor. Performs pre-and post-trip inspections daily of assigned vehicle, and documents checks using the DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) Must follow route assignments as directed by supervisor/ dispatch and complete routes by the end of day. Must maintain punctual attendance consistent with the company policy. Located in Plainville, Berlin, Southington, New London, North Franklin and Westerly, CWPM is an industry leader in waste removal, recycling services and dumpster rentals to customers throughout the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
