We're looking for an experience roll-off driver minimum 4 years of a 20 or 30 yard can and a full size truck with a cdlb no criminal record and no points on your driver license within the last 4 years ​ prior to hiring you will be tested the following ​​ you must be able to lift or drop a can within 2 minutes You must be able to show us an inspection procedure for your motor and chains and container ​​ Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Rolloff Driver Class B to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating specialized trucks to transport and manage roll-off containers, supporting waste management and recycling operations. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will ensure efficient deliveries, pickups, and container handling across various sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to environmentally responsible initiatives while honing your driving skills and technical knowledge. Duties Operate Class B roll-off trucks with precision, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Load, unload, and secure roll-off containers using manual techniques and mechanical equipment Drive front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers as required for different tasks Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety compliance Load and unload materials at multiple locations, managing heavy lifting with proper techniques Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Class B designation required; experience with manual transmission preferred Proven driving experience with commercial vehicles such as front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, dump trucks, or flatbeds Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading operations Familiarity with roll-off trucks, load & unload procedures, and container handling equipment Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy vehicle operation and waste management environments Prior delivery driver experience is highly desirable; excellent driving record essential Join us in delivering reliable service while supporting sustainable practices!
