Job Description

Join PODS as a CDL Driver in our Transportation & Logistics team, delivering and picking up portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers. You'll safely operate CDL vehicles, perform inspections, and use specialized equipment to position containers while protecting customer property. In this customer-first, safety-focused culture, you'll solve problems on-site, communicate clearly with customers, and coordinate with dispatch. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL vehicle to deliver and pick up PODS containers for residential and commercial customers Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs per DOT requirements Load, secure, and position containers using company equipment while protecting customer property Provide courteous, professional customer service at each stop and resolve basic on-site issues Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to traffic, weather, and customer changes Adhere to all safety, FMCSA, and company policies, reporting incidents or equipment concerns promptly Required Skills CDL truck driving Local pickup and delivery operations Defensive driving and road safety Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Operation of liftgates and loading equipment
