Since 2011, we have built our business on reliability, safety, and treating our drivers with respect. We provide consistent freight, competitive pay, and a supportive dispatch team that is available 24/7. We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers for our Dry Van and Flatbed divisions. Compensation 3

1. Lease-to-purchase 2.$0.77-$1 per mile , based on experience 3.OR 33-35% of gross revenue Benefits Consistent miles with year-round freight Late-model Freightliner and Volvo trucks 24/7 dispatch and operational support Fuel cards provided Safety bonus program Flexible home time Respectful, driver-focused work environment Stable company with long-term growth opportunities Weekly direct deposit Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations. Transport Dry Van or Flatbed freight safely and on time. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Secure Flatbed loads safely and according to regulations. Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documents. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding deliveries and scheduling. Represent PAVA Logistics professionally while serving customers. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience Clean driving record preferred Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical Strong commitment to safety and customer service Willing to stay on the road for a minimum of 12 days per trip

$2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
