Role Overview We are currently looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver. Your primary focus will be transporting HVAC supplies to our clients via box truck while providing support with various warehouse tasks. Candidates must have a background in box truck operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and the physical capability to handle, organize, and prepare inventory for shipment. Core Duties Transport HVAC equipment to client locations operating a 24 ft. or 26 ft. box truck. Prepare, organize, and verify warehouse inventory for outgoing shipments. Utilize forklifts and other facility machinery in a secure manner. Finalize shipping documentation and secure signatures on all invoices. Contribute to the team's success by ensuring all deliveries arrive promptly and safely. Support the warehouse staff in achieving precise order completion. Keep the storage facility and delivery vehicle tidy and well-maintained. Interact in a courteous manner with clients, management, and colleagues. Adhere to all established safety protocols during transit and material handling to protect yourself and your coworkers. Qualifications Previous experience operating box trucks is necessary. Valid CDL is mandatory. Must possess a current DOT Medical Certificate before starting. Background in forklift or general warehouse operations is a plus. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Demonstrate reliability, a commitment to safety, and a professional, client-centered attitude. Exhibit strong skills in time management, verbal communication, collaborative teamwork, and troubleshooting. Physical Demands Capable of lifting loads weighing up to 50 lbs. Regularly perform tasks involving standing, walking, crouching, and climbing. Proficient in the operation of forklifts and other warehouse tools. Comfortable working within both warehouse and transit environments.
