CDL B Driver / Patient Intake SpecialistMammoLink - Mobile Mammography MammoLink is seeking a dependable and professional CDL B Driver / Patient Intake Specialist to join our mobile mammography team. This is a unique position combining safe operation and care of our mobile mammography units with patient intake and front desk responsibilities. Our mobile clinics travel throughout Florida to bring important breast cancer screening services directly to communities. Responsibilities Mobile Unit & Driving Safely operate and care for MammoLink's mobile mammography unit. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle or safety concerns. Assist with basic vehicle upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance coordination. Drive to scheduled screening locations and safely position and secure the mobile unit. Assist with setup and breakdown of the mobile clinic, including signage, tables, cones, and supplies. Maintain accurate mileage, fuel, inspection, and incident records. Patient Intake & Front Desk Welcome patients and provide professional, compassionate customer service. Check patients in and register them using our EMR system. Verify demographic, insurance, and referring provider information. Assist with forms, walk-ins, patient questions, and patient flow. Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements. Work closely with the mammography technologists and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Valid CDL Class B or Class A driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Experience operating large vehicles preferred. High school diploma or GED. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn EMR systems. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobile clinic setup and breakdown. Dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently. Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Healthcare, patient registration, or front desk experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
