We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman / Driver who can lead a small crew, perform hands-on landscape maintenance work, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and help maintain high-end residential, condominium, HOA, and commercial properties. Position Summary The Landscape Foreman / Driver is responsible for helping lead daily field operations while also performing hands-on landscape maintenance work. This is not an office-only or supervisor-only position. The right candidate must be willing and able to work physically with the crew while also helping organize the day, drive the truck and trailer, follow the route, maintain quality standards, and report property issues to management. This position requires someone who is reliable, experienced, respectful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working around private homes, backyards, gated properties, pool areas, luxury residences, and client belongings.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Lead and work with a small landscape maintenance crew Drive a company truck and trailer safely Follow daily routes and job instructions Perform lawn mowing, edging, blowing, hedge trimming, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance Load and unload equipment, plants, mulch, debris, and materials Safely operate commercial landscape equipment Make sure work is completed properly before leaving each property Maintain clean and professional job sites Communicate with management regarding completed work, property issues, crew issues, equipment problems, or customer concerns Report irrigation problems, plant stress, damaged areas, safety concerns, or needed repairs Help train and guide crew members in proper work procedures Make sure crew members are working safely and efficiently Work carefully around luxury homes, vehicles, pools, patios, windows, outdoor furniture, and finished surfaces Represent Prolux Landscape professionally at all times Required Qualifications Landscape maintenance experience required Prior foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred Valid Florida driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Experience driving a truck and trailer required Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment Ability to work outdoors in South Florida heat and sun Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, walk, and work actively during the day Ability to lift or pull up to 80 lbs when needed Reliable transportation to work Ability to report to work on time every scheduled day Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: High-end residential landscape maintenance Palm Beach Island or luxury estate maintenance Condominium, HOA, or commercial property maintenance Hedge trimming and detailed landscape grooming Basic irrigation observation and reporting Plant installation Mulching Palm care support Equipment maintenance Crew training Customer communication Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Experienced in landscape maintenance Able to lead by example Comfortable working hands-on with the crew Professional in appearance and communication Bilingual in English and Spanish Detail-oriented Respectful with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors Careful around high-end properties and client belongings Able to take direction and give clear direction to crew members Focused on quality, safety, and efficiency Proud of doing the job correctly Why Work With Prolux Landscape? Employment may be subject to a background check and motor vehicle record check.
