Blair Logistics Inc is seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul flatbed and step-deck freight across regional and long-haul lanes. As an independent contractor (1099), you'll operate safely and efficiently while ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries for industrial customers. Responsibilities include securement, inspections, DOT-compliant logging, and professional communication with dispatch and customers. Responsibilities Operate CDL-A tractor safely hauling flatbed and step-deck freight Secure and tarp loads per safety and customer requirements Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate DOT-compliant logs and documentation Plan routes to meet on-time pickup and delivery schedules Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and teammates Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed Handle freight with care to prevent damage Represent Blair Logistics with professionalism on the road and at customer sites Required Skills CDL-A truck driving Flatbed/step-deck load securement
