All service materials provided and paid for. Part-time | 1099 independent contractor Skoops Poop is a small, family-owned business hiring someone to service pet waste stations and garbage cans throughout multiple Wesley Chapel communities. Hours & Pay $200 flat rate for the completed Sunday route, paid weekly. Plan for up to 10 hours while learning the route . Once familiar with the communities, the route should take approximately 6 hours . Keep your full Sunday available to complete all assigned communities.

Possible Wednesday work:

One community, approximately 1-1½ hours. Additional pay discussed separately. Your Responsibilities Restock pet waste bag dispensers. Remove and replace liners in pet waste station trash receptacles. Empty and replace bags in community garbage cans ranging from 15 to 30 gallons. Lift, carry, and load filled bags into your pickup truck. Dispose of waste in designated on-site dumpsters. Check every assigned location and report damage or other concerns. Attention to detail matters. We need someone who notices what needs attention and makes sure nothing is missed. Mention the word "Eagle" anywhere in your response for bonus points for having an eagle eye and reading the entire posting. What We Provide We provide and pay for all service materials , including: Garbage bags Can liners Pet waste bags Other required service supplies You provide the labor, reliable pickup truck, and smartphone . Physical Work & Outdoor Conditions This is not easy work. Expect heavy lifting, repeated bending, walking, and getting in and out of your truck throughout the day.

You must be comfortable with:

Florida heat, humidity, and direct sunlight Rain and wet conditions Bugs and insects Garbage, pet waste, and unpleasant smells We work in the rain. Routine bad weather does not cancel the route. If lightning or severe storms make conditions unsafe, stop work, seek safe shelter, and contact Skoops Poop immediately. Any decision to cancel or reschedule the remaining work will be discussed with and determined by Skoops Poop. You are not expected to work in unsafe conditions.

Be dependable every Sunday.

Finish the job:

Complete all assigned communities on the assigned day, unless Skoops Poop approves a weather-related change.

Be thorough:

No skipped stations, missed cans, or cut corners.

Communicate:

Check in when starting, confirm when finished, and report problems promptly.

Be honest, efficient, and accountable.

Treat residents and community property with care and respect.
