$25-$30 Per Hour, Based on Experience We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Septic Tank / Vacuum Truck Driver to join our team for full-time work throughout South Florida. The ideal candidate must have experience operating vacuum trucks and performing septic and commercial pump-out services. This position requires someone who can safely operate the equipment, properly complete jobs, communicate professionally with customers, and work independently when necessary. Responsibilities Operate and maintain septic and vacuum trucks safely and professionally. Perform septic tank pumping and pump-out services . Perform parking lot storm drain, catch basin, and drainage system cleaning/pump-outs . Operate vacuum equipment, hoses, pumps, and related components. Properly locate and access septic tanks, cleanouts, storm drains, catch basins, and other service points. Understand proper procedures for pumping, transporting, and disposing of waste materials. Inspect equipment before and after each shift and report maintenance or mechanical issues. Maintain accurate job tickets, disposal records, driver logs, photographs, and service documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, additional work needed, and job completion. Maintain a clean and professional truck and work area. Provide professional customer service at residential and commercial properties. Follow all company, DOT, environmental, and jobsite safety requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Valid CDL license
REQUIRED.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience preferred. Must have experience operating a septic or vacuum truck . Must have working knowledge of septic tanks, pump-outs, parking lot drainage systems, storm drains, and catch basins . Must be comfortable handling hoses and operating vacuum/pumping equipment. Must have a good driving record. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must be able to perform physical work outdoors in South Florida weather. Must be able to communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and dispatch. Availability for overtime, emergency calls, and occasional weekend work is preferred. Compensation $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
