Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and dedicated High Top Cargo Van Owner/Small Box Truck Owner to join our team as a Fill In/As Needed Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting auto parts safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with dispatcher. This position is perfect for hot shot drivers. This is a 1099 position. Filling in is not required every time we ask. Duties Operate personal high top cargo van/small box truck to deliver auto parts and picking up returns at customers locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling while inspecting for damage. Follow designated routes in customers app for deliveries, ensuring timely arrival at each destination. Maintain accurate records of deliveries using customers apps/paperwork. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Inspecting auto parts not in sealed boxes for damage (windshields/glass) before loading, and reporting damage to dispatcher. Skills Experience with making deliveries as a driver/courier is required. Familiarity with proper loading of vehicle for timely deliveries required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Must complete onboarding paperwork before we can utilize your skills as a delivery driver.
