Roll-Off Truck Driver Job Overview:

A roll-off truck driver is responsible for safely operating specialized roll-off trucks to deliver, pick up, and transport large dumpsters to and from job sites. This role is essential in supporting construction, renovation, demolition, and cleanup projects by ensuring timely and efficient waste removal.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and retrieve dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites. Accurately position dumpsters on client property, avoiding hazards and damage. Inspect trucks and equipment daily to ensure proper operation and report any maintenance issues. Collect waste and debris for disposal, following local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and routes. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally. Assist with loading/unloading when necessary, including manual labor tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. Proven experience driving large trucks, preferably roll-off or similar vehicles. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and traffic regulations. Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work at various job sites, sometimes involving heavy lifting. Flexible schedule; may require early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts. Exposure to dust, debris, and varying weather conditions.

Pay:
