Position Overview We are seeking professional, pre-established two-person box truck teams (Driver + Helper) to operate consistent, high-volume delivery and installation routes. This position offers steady, reliable weekly income. Because you are the face of our company, we require an exceptional customer-service mindset, absolute professionalism, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude at all times. No truck required—we provide the vehicle and all equipment. Compensation & Performance Bonuses Earn competitive daily rates with automatic weekly attendance rewards and excellent quality bonuses:

Drivers:

$150/day ($900 for 6 days + $100 bonus for full week completion = $1,000/week )

Helpers:

$100/day ($600 for 6 days + $50 bonus for full week completion = $650/week )

Additional Incentives:

Monthly Safety & Compliance Bonus:

$100/month per person ($200 per team) for remaining completely damage-free, accident-free, and violation-free. 6-

Month Retention Bonus:

$100 every 6 months for all active, continuous team members.

Customer Service Bonus:

$100 every 6 months for maintaining zero negative customer reviews.

Pay Frequency:

First paycheck is issued after two weeks of employment; weekly direct deposit follows thereafter.

Key Responsibilities Delivery & Installation:

Safely transport, handle, and install heavy appliances and products at customer locations (averaging 3-12 stops per day).

Property Protection:

Ensure customer property and the freight itself are fully protected from damage during transit and installation.

Professional Representation:

Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful demeanor with customers, dispatchers, and retail partners.

Equipment Care:

Properly utilize and maintain company-provided equipment, including 26 ft box trucks with liftgates, appliance dollies, pallet jacks, moving blankets, and ratchet straps.

Team Requirements Two-Person Team:

Applicants must apply together as an established two-person team (Driver and Helper).

Age & Licensing:

Both Driver and Helper must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.

Vehicle Operation:

Driver must be comfortable safely operating a 26 ft box truck with a liftgate .

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift, move, and maneuver heavy appliances daily using proper moving equipment.

Workplace Safety:
