We are looking for a dependable CDL Hook Truck Driver to operate a roll-off/hook truck, delivering, picking up, and exchanging containers at customer locations in Marion, IA. This full-time, day-shift, temp-to-hire position involves safely transporting scrap metal and recyclable materials, following DOT and company safety procedures, and providing professional service at job sites. Responsibilities Operate a roll-off/hook truck to deliver, pick up, and exchange containers. Safely load, secure, and transport scrap metal and recyclable materials. Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records. Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures. Keep the truck and equipment clean and in good working condition while providing professional customer service. Requirements Valid CDL; Class A or Class B preferred. Must be able to drive a manual transmission. Clean driving record. Previous roll-off, hook-lift, or CDL driving experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a truck and hydraulic hook equipment. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently. Ability to perform physical duties related to loading and securing materials.
