CDL Company Driver
- OTR | All 48 States Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and reliable CDL Company Drivers to join our team for over-the-road operations across all 48 states.
Drivers may be assigned to Dry Van, Flatbed, Conestoga, or Step Deck equipment depending on experience, qualifications, and company needs. This is an OTR position where drivers should be prepared to stay on the road for approximately 4-5 weeks at a time , followed by scheduled home time. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work, operate safely, and understand the importance of taking care of the truck, equipment, and freight entrusted to them. Equipment Depending on experience and company needs, drivers may operate: Dry Van Flatbed Conestoga Step Deck We take pride in maintaining our fleet to a high standard of safety, reliability, and cleanliness. We operate newer, well-maintained trucks and make it a priority to keep our equipment in excellent working condition so our drivers can focus on the road and their job. Duties Safely operate commercial tractor-trailers across all 48 states. Operate assigned equipment, including Dry Van, Flatbed, Conestoga, or Step Deck. Safely transport freight while following all federal, state, and company safety regulations. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly secure freight and equipment when required. Maintain accurate logs, hours-of-service records, delivery documents, and other required paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, shippers, receivers, and other personnel. Communicate with DOT officers and law enforcement when required during roadside inspections or traffic stops. Follow all Hours of Service regulations and company policies. Report any accidents, equipment issues, delays, or other problems promptly. Keep the assigned truck and equipment clean and in good condition. Represent the company professionally while on the road. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) . Clean and acceptable driving record. OTR driving experience preferred. Ability and willingness to stay on the road for atleast 4 weeks at a time . Ability to operate safely in all 48 states and in a variety of weather and road conditions. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and general trucking safety requirements. Functional English communication skills are required. Drivers do not need to be completely fluent, but they must have enough knowledge of English to understand and respond to DOT officers, law enforcement, dispatchers, customers, shippers, receivers, and other personnel when necessary. Ability to read and understand important trucking-related documents, signs, instructions, and safety information in English. Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions while on the road. Ability to perform required vehicle inspections and, when applicable, safely secure freight and equipment.
