Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record Drug-free and able to pass required screenings Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products Experience supervising other laborers Skilled in training team members on site-specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols Comfortable navigating between job sites Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members

Position Details:
