We're seeking compassionate, dependable drivers to safely transport clients to and from their medical appointments. We're hiring drivers who live in or near the Springfield, Champaign, and Mount Vernon areas — you'll report to a nearby company vehicle to start your route each day. Position Overview

Starting at $18.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 per hour once you're established as a reliable, dependable member of the team

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday availability. Every Sunday off!

Equipment Provided:

Company vehicle and tablet Key Responsibilities

•

Vehicle Safety & Stewardship:

Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Keep the vehicle clean, communicate mechanical/maintenance issues and return it to its designated parking location at the end of each shift.

Punctual & On-Time Arrivals:

Guarantee timely pickups and drop-offs so clients never miss a medical appointment.

•

Exceptional Communication:

Maintain clear, proactive, professional communication with dispatch and passengers. Candidate must supply their own reliable telecommunication for passenger contact.

•

Passenger Assistance:

Safely assist ambulatory passengers boarding and exiting vehicles for each trip. Job Requirements

License Requirement:

Must possess a valid Illinois Class D driver's license

•

Local Residency:

Must reside in or near the Springfield, Champaign, or Mount Vernon, IL area

•

Driving Record:

Excellent, clean driving record

•

Communication Skills:

Ability to speak, read, and write clearly in English to coordinate with dispatch and passengers

•

Reliable Transportation:

Must have your own reliable way to get to and from your daily reporting location

•

Background Checks:

Must successfully pass an Illinois criminal background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
