COMPENSATION
$20 - $25 hourly Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Operates single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks to deliver and pick up agronomy or energy products between company and customer locations according to scheduled timelines, supporting profitable business growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operates assigned vehicles and equipment, including single, tandem, or multi-axle vehicles and forklifts, in accordance with safety standards and proper operating procedures. Performs and records daily pre-trip safety checks, including fuel, oil, tires, lights, and brakes; follows preventative maintenance procedures and keeps the truck clean and professional. Safely loads and unloads containers, pallets, materials, and products by hand or forklift, ensuring loads are balanced, distributed, and compliant with DOT axle weight requirements. Completes deliveries and pickups on schedule while providing professional, customer-focused service. Completes and returns required documentation, including bills of lading, delivery slips, and invoices, to support timely receiving and payment. Completes daily paperwork, including accurate logbooks, cargo records, and other assigned records. Maintains company equipment and a professional image in accordance with company standards and uniform policy. Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience to demonstrate safe operation of tractor-trailer or tender truck equipment and meet company and DOT standards. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have, or be able to obtain and maintain, a CDL with required endorsements, applicable certifications, licenses or permits, valid medical card, and satisfactory driving record. Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant Must be able to obtain and maintain other applicable certifications, licenses, and permits. Occasionally exposed or required: Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) Noisy conditions Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures May be required to work at varying heights Lift 51 - 70 lbs.
