Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves long-haul transportation across the United States, primarily focusing on reefer freight along the East and West Coasts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial trucks, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. This position offers consistent miles, flexible routes, and a supportive team environment for drivers committed to excellence on the road. Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain a commercial CDL A tractor-trailer across assigned routes, primarily hauling reefer freight along the East Coast and West Coast. Cover over 4,000 miles weekly, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Manage additional stops efficiently; paid extra stops are provided. Handle layovers and detention times professionally; paid extra for detention periods. Follow all federal and state transportation regulations, including hours-of-service rules. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues on the road. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation in compliance with DOT requirements. Requirements Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in over-the-road (OTR) trucking, preferably hauling reefer freight. Ability to operate a tractor-trailer safely over long distances across multiple states. Strong time management skills to meet tight schedules while maintaining safety standards. Willingness to travel extensively; over 4,000 miles per week is typical. Flexibility to handle layovers and extra stops as needed; these are paid opportunities. Reliable communication skills and professionalism on the road. Must be comfortable with 1099 independent contractor arrangements (if applicable).

Pay:

$2,600.00 - $3,600.00 per week
