From our 8 production plants and fleet of over 100 trucks we service all levels of concrete needs, from industrial to residential. Local hauls only, home every night! We are looking for reliable, safe drivers in all areas. Top wages, paid vacation, health insurance & retirement/401(k) programs. Our professional drivers operate company owned commercial motor vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions. Drivers safely navigate job sites and supply our valued customers with a quality product. Duties & Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Safely deliver concrete to local job sites several times per day Operate systems on truck during loading and unloading process Visually inspect load Properly track and document deliveries Effectively communicate with customers and dispatch Drive defensively at all times Be respectful of customers, co-workers, and the public Keep truck clean and perform required DOT pre & post trip inspections Handle occasional loads of 100lb. and frequent loads up to 50lb. Frequent climbing of ladders on truck Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times Maintain DOT qualification Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Good driving record Strong work ethic Committed to high standards and safety on the road Ability to work overtime when necessary Pass a physical demands analysis Comply with DOT regulations on medical card and drug/alcohol testing CDL Class B Ready mix experience preferred but not necessary Each day at work, be part of building and serving our communities Applications are available online at www.pointreadymix.com.
