Responsibilities Safe operation of vehicles and equipment. Collection of non-hazardous waste and recyclable materials from residential and commercial routes. Inspection of vehicle and equipment to ensure operational safety. Completion of required documentation for tracking and safety compliance. Coordination with dispatch and team members to improve route efficiencies. Participation in regular safety meetings and trainings. Adherence to company policies and legal regulations. Required Skills Strong driving and navigation skills. Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
