Driver / Marina Operations | Short Term | $30/hr + Completion Bonus Pine Lake Marina in La Porte, Indiana is hiring a reliable driver for a short term marina operations position. Our preferred start date is Monday, September 28. We are looking for someone dependable, experienced with towing trailers, and capable of working independently after receiving clear instruction. This is an approximately three week assignment with about 40 hours of work per week. $500 completion bonus upon successful completion of the agreed assignment. Applicants should expect a driving record check as part of the hiring process. Primary Duties Driving company vehicles Towing trailers Moving boats and equipment as directed Secondary Duties Operating pressure washer, blowers and other basic power equipment Light outdoor labor Requirements Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Experience towing trailers Able to perform outdoor physical work and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Experience Proficient backing trailers Using hand tools and power tools Operating small boats Loading and unloading boats from trailers Previous marina, construction, landscaping, equipment, transportation, or similar outdoor work experience Schedule The position is expected to require approximately three weeks of work at about 40 hours per week. We prefer someone who is fully available during the assignment. Some scheduling flexibility may be available for a highly qualified candidate who needs to work around an existing job.
