Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and attentive Yard Spotter to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently maneuvering trucks and trailers within the yard, ensuring smooth and safe vehicle movements. Your keen eye for detail and strong driving skills will help maintain operational flow, support delivery schedules, and uphold safety standards across the yard. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:30pm Duties Safely maneuver tractor-trailers within the yard Use manual transmission trucks and equipment to position trailers accurately for loading or unloading Conduct routine inspections of trailers and trucks to ensure proper condition and safety compliance Maintain clear communication with drivers and warehouse personnel to support seamless yard operations Qualifications Familiarity with manual transmission Valid commercial driver's license with experience in tractor-trailer operation Strong understanding of safety protocols related to yard movements and vehicle handling Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork Join our team as a Yard Spotter where your expertise keeps our freight moving efficiently!
