About Guardian Bikes Guardian Bikes is a leading direct-to-consumer kids' bike brand, known for its patented SureStop brake technology and a mission to build the safest kids' bikes in the industry. Guardian is building a vertically integrated, AI-driven manufacturing and commerce company — we design, manufacture, fulfill, and sell directly from our U.S. factory floor to the customer's door. The company has grown from a small startup into a major brand, selling over a million bikes to families across the country. Job Summary The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transport of bikes, parts, and equipment between our manufacturing facilities, warehouse and local partners using both toter trucks and box trucks. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products reach customers and retail partners on schedule and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company toter trucks and box trucks to transport bikes and inventory between locations Ability to load and unload shipments with sit-down forklift, ensuring proper handling and securement to prevent product damage during transit Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections on both toter and box trucks, reporting maintenance needs promptly Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and delivery confirmations Communicate proactively with the production, warehouse, and operations teams regarding delays, route changes, or vehicle issues Follow all local, state, and federal transportation and vehicle safety regulations Safely maneuver larger vehicles in tight warehouse, loading dock, and urban delivery environments Assist with occasional warehouse duties (inventory counts, packing, staging shipments) as needed Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with retail partners or customers Skills & Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A), with a clean driving record and no disqualifying violations 1+ years of experience driving box trucks and/or toter trucks (delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred) Comfortable operating larger commercial vehicles, including backing up, tight turns, and dock maneuvering Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical loading/unloading tasks as needed Strong time-management and organizational skills Comfortable using basic technology (GPS, delivery tracking apps, mobile scanners) High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience specifically with toter trucks Familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems Passion for cycling or youth safety products
