We are seeking an experienced OTR Tractor-Trailer Driver to transport polyurethane foam products to customers throughout our network. This position is a great opportunity for professional drivers who enjoy being on the road while still being home most weekends. We are looking for a safety-focused, dependable driver with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Driver Responsibilities

• Comply with all DOT regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Operate tractors and trailers in a courteous, safe, and professional manner at all times.
• Safely deliver cargo and products to designated customers.
• Represent Future Foam as a professional company advocate and ambassador when interacting with customers and the public.
• Perform primarily drop-and-hook deliveries, with occasional assistance unloading products at customer locations.
• Safely lift and handle a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Immediately report mechanical issues or failures involving tractors or trailers to the appropriate manager.
• Conduct daily inspections of the tractor and all trailers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to the Traffic or Plant Manager.
• Immediately report all accidents, regardless of severity or fault, to the Traffic or Plant Manager. Job Requirements
• Valid CDL-A and required DOT qualifications.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL experience required.
• Ability to comply with DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including occasional weekends.
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
