What you'll do as a

CDL-A Delivery Driver:

As a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants stocked and running every day.

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a

CDL-A Teammate:

At least 21 years of age Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
