Job Overview Landscape Laborer / Driver

Employees meet each morning at our location in Kenner (near airport) each workday at 6am and teams are driven to job sites

Overview:

Seeking a skilled, dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities may include:

• Tree trimming and pruning shrubs, bushes and trees
• Utilize hand tools and power tools
• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used for landscaping purposes
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
• Install drainage systems
• Assist with garden maintenance, including planting flowers, weeding, and mulching
• we are NOT looking for "just" grass cutters

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Advancement and leadership opportunities available
