Rubin Landscape is seeking experienced and dependable snow plow truck drivers for the 2026-2027 winter season. We provide residential and commercial snow removal services throughout the North Shore, including Essex, Manchester, Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich, and surrounding communities. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable operating snow plow trucks in winter conditions and can be counted on to show up when storms hit.

Responsibilities:

Operate company-owned pickup trucks equipped with snow plows Plow residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and private roads Follow assigned snow removal routes efficiently and safely Monitor snow accumulation and maintain clear, accessible properties Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections Communicate with management throughout snow events Assist with salting and other snow removal operations as needed

Requirements:

Previous snow plowing experience required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate trucks with snow plows and salters Must be available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts Reliable transportation to our Essex shop Ability to work long shifts during major snowstorms Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent position. Hours will vary based on snowfall and storm conditions. Applicants must have flexible availability and be prepared to work during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
